Day 15

Richard ate at Millers Ale House in Florida last night and had a very hard time finding a calorie-wise dinner there. They had a huge, delicious looking menu full of great tasting food but unfortunately for the health conscious diner there was only three selections available.

Richard enjoyed a meal of broiled scallops, green beans, coleslaw, rice pilaf and a tall glass of water.

Dining out while dieting is a very difficult but not impossible feat, so kudos goes to Richard on seeking and finding healthy and nutritious meals while enjoying his vacation in Florida!

Today Richard had a MiForm shake for breakfast, a MiForm bar for snack and a lunch at the Cracker Barrel in Florida.

Travelling on a diet is not always easy, to stay on track Richard goes for daily walks, and swims in the pool. When eating out he consults the nutritional list for the restaurants and chooses his meal based on the healthiest choice.

Day 12 & 13

Dinner on Thursday night was 540 calories of pure deliciousness! One homemade cabbage roll, handmade especially for Richard from his Aunt Denise. A salad with mixed greens, carrots, zucchini, tomato, red pepper, mushrooms and feta.

He had delicious crab cakes for an appetizer and a garden salad with house dressing.

Richard (The Meat) Provost

Meet Richard (The Meat) Provost.

Richard was introduced to Immunotec in 2011 by his friends Brian & Michelle (Brian will be known to some of you as Brian (The Sledge Hammer) Shaw.

Richard's wife, Heather, suffered for many years with ongoing injuries due to two near-death car accidents. Brian and Michelle introduced her to Immunocal and in a short time Richard was amazed with the improvements he saw in his wife.

Richard started to take Immunocal, encouraged by his wife's results and soon noticed that he had more energy, never got sick (currently on his second year streak cold and flu free) and a knee injury he had for years was significantly better.

Richard and Heather were very wary of diving in to the business, after many attempts at network marketing companies, Richard knew they usually came with a hefty start-up fee and expensive products you don't want or need. He soon realized that Immunotec was different and decided to plunge in to the business. He was able to buy the product he needed and wanted while making money, no upfront fee.

"It never ceases to amaze me how powerful this product is. It's a product everyone should be on."

Richard is currently testing out Immunotec's latest product, MiForm, a weight management product that is more than just a diet, it's a lifestyle.

A MiForm Success Story!

Kathryn (Kat) Pateridis, Administrative Assistant for Business Development for Canada and US knows all about MiForm results:

“I had gained a significant amount of weight over the past two years due to stresses in my life; I got engaged and had a wedding to plan and I also lost my father to cancer. Let’s just say I was going through a tough time. I was feeling very sluggish and tired and generally not my usual energetic and upbeat self.
I joined the MiForm Weight Management System test group looking for a solution to my weight gain of the last two years. I not only wanted to look better but I wanted to feel better as well!

I immediately found that the MiForm System was simple to follow and I appreciated that we could focus on “small wins” each day so as not to get overwhelmed by this amazing lifestyle change. I loved the fact that we participated as a group because it was fun to challenge each other, share our successes and compare our recipes from the previous days.

Week 1 flew by; I made my grocery list using the meal planning guide and enjoyed discovering a variety of new “healthy” foods that I could eat. After only two weeks on the Transformation phase, I felt that my energy had increased. And, I had already lost 7lbs! Now, look at me after only 4 weeks! I feel terrific and I have lost 15lbs and two inches from my waistline.

Secretly, I had set out with a goal that I decided not to share with anyone. Sure enough, the other day, my husband told me that I was looking the same as I looked 5 years ago…..that was one of my goals! I did it!
I am thrilled with my success and am not stopping. As soon as I reach my goal weight, I am looking forward to how easy it will be to follow the Maintenance plan. Thank you MiForm and Immunotec for teaching me and, in turn, my family, what we need to live a healthier lifestyle and, thus, feel better!”
