Today was Day One on the MiForm diet!
Richard (The Meat) Provost had a successful first day and a wonderful dinner at only 540 calories!
The dinner consisted of:
- 1/3 cup of long grain rice
- 2oz of sliced veal
- 1 cup of sauteed veggies (bok choy, broccoli, peppers, mushrooms, carrots, onions and fresh garlic)
- Season to taste with Vegetable Seasoning and sesame oil
