As Day 3 of the MiForm weight loss challenge comes to an end Richard is happy to report he has lost eight pounds and 2 inches off his waist!
Tonight for dinner Richard ate:
- 2/3 cup of sweet potatoes (mashed)
- 1/2 cup veal
- 1 cup vegetables - sweet peas, brussel sprouts, zucchini and mushrooms
He washed down his meal with a refreshing 1 cup of milk.
And he even rewarded himself with dessert, one fresh kiwi! Mmm!
